With both the free and subscription service, ONRECORD allows you to combine your record of what has happened with supporting evidence such as time/date stamps, photos, screenshots, video or audio recordings, documents, and location data.

To prove that your records are true, you can show when and where your evidence was saved and rely on the integrity of uploaded photographs and other attachments to use them as evidence (only if photos are taken using the app can you prove you have not used editing software). Your records are automatically sorted into a date/time timeline and attachments are clearly linked to the record they relate to.

If you have complex issues or wish to record events of different kinds, you can sort records into multiple, separate Cases and use Labels/headings to organize information about each case.

The features described above are all available in the free service. However, the free service only saves your records on your phone. Your records are only preserved as long as you keep your login details on the app login screen. If you delete your login details your records will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
Our subscription service accesses all our advanced features, such as downloading records, logging in to your records from other devices, sharing records with friends/family or professionals, and uploading larger attachments. All of these features depend on our cloud storage and are not available without a subscription. With a subscription, ONRECORD will preserve your evidence on our secure servers, so that you can download all or selected records at any time. You no longer depend on maintaining your login on your phone.

With an active subscription, you can download your records, upload larger files, and share your records confidentially, online, at no cost, with an unlimited number of selected professionals (counsellors, solicitors, doctors, police, or other advisers) or an unlimited number of friends and family, for support and advice and use our confidential in-app messaging to add further information and value to your records - more secure than email.
